The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela extends its heartfelt condolences and solidarity to the brotherly people of the Republic of Haiti, after the earthquake that occurred today in the town of Nippes, causing the irreparable loss of human lives and material damage in the south of the country.
The Venezuelan Government expresses its deepest condolences and hopes for the consolation of the families of all the victims of this natural disaster, as well as for the prompt recovery of those who were injured.
The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, faithful to its principles of solidarity and fraternity, remains at the service of the Haitian people to provide the necessary humanitarian assistance to help overcome this regrettable and painful event.
