Venezuela, Belarus strengthen strategies in tourism
In order to strengthen projects promoting the tourist attractions of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Minister of People’s Power for Tourism, Alí Padron, held a meeting on January 8 with the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus, Andrei Leonidovich Molchan.
At the meeting, the two authorities resumed the investment proposals between the two nations.
To the Venezuelan tourism minister, the meeting was “fruitful and satisfying”.
“We discussed important issues of common interest that will intensify the development of Venezuela’s inbound tourism,” he said.
Likewise, they established promotion mechanisms and strategies to receive Belarusian tour operators so that they know first-hand the natural attractions that make Venezuela a multi-destination country.
Currently, the Venezuelan and Belarusian governments maintain close investment ties that have resulted in the country’s economic dynamization and growth in the face of the U.S. blockade. These relations have also been strengthened in the political, economic and humanitarian areas.
