UN and Supreme Court of Justice strengthen policies

The president of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Judge Maikel Moreno, held on Thursday a meeting with representatives of the United Nations Organization (UN), meeting in which they ratified the will to strengthen the approach and collaboration in order to guarantee an optimal, modern and efficient judicial service to the population, especially for the comprehensive care of women, children and adolescents. During the meeting, held at the Conference Hall of the High Court, the magistrate President Moreno told the UN representatives that the doors of the High Court will always be open for said body, if it is to promote activities and initiatives that benefit access to the justice of the population, as enshrined in the Venezuelan Magna Carta. He highlighted the joint work with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to carry out events such as international conferences, forums, seminars and various training activities aimed at judges, and other members of the Venezuelan Justice System.
