President Maduro denounces illegal indebtedness of Citgo endorsed by the United States government

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, denounced the illegal appropriation of 1300 million dollars belonging to the company Citgo, which come from an illegal debt to finance the terrorist plans against the Venezuelan people. The head of state expressed categorically to national and international public opinion, that this blatant embezzlement is endorsed by the government of the United States, “it is illegal to steal the money of Venezuelans and use it to distribute it among the deputies and leaders of the National bourgeois assembly to fill their pockets and finance the coup plans, against the Venezuelan people”. The president indicated that this robbery is being carried out, before the complacent gaze of the government of the United States, which took over, with the complicity of the leadership of the Venezuelan right, of the Citgo company. “We are going to demonstrate before the courts and tribunals of the United States that the only owner of Citgo is the government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, it is a consequence, that is how the government of Donald Trump acts, and we will prove it”, said president Nicolás Maduro. The only reason why the United States government acts against Venezuela through the Citgo company is to destroy the national patrimony and continue strengthening the plans to end the Bolivarian Revolution and the sovereign people of Venezuela.
